Love this place. My daughter is 2 and they have seen her since she was born. Everyone is so incredibly nice. Whenever we visit I feel like we are part of the family. I can tell they really care about my daughter. Also they are extremely good about getting back to you quickly. The patient portal is awesome and you can send notes to the nurses through it. All of the doctors are really great, but my daughter’s primary is Dr. Gajera and we just adore her. She’s patient and always spends as much time with me as I need to help answer questions. She is always happy to see my daughter which I love. I highly recommend this practice!!!
I have been taking my children to Delaware Pediatric Group for over 17 years. The staff, nurses and doctors are very responsive and professional. Always have had a positive experience.
I have been taking my 11 year old here her whole life, and everyone is great. Our original ped retired, but we saw Dr. Haveson this time & she was wonderful too.
Dr Shapiro has been my daughter's doctor since she was about 1 years old she is 19 now. He is now my son's doctor since birth and he is 8 years old I love going there the office is clean it's no long way the staff there is so professional. Dr. Shapiro always give you more then enough time to go over any questions that you have and concerns. Dr Shapiro is a great and wonderful doctor. I love Delaware Valley pediatrics their the best.
This review is bittersweet as my child’s pediatrician Dr Glen Palsky is retiring this year and he has been amazing to our family I cannot say enough positive things about him and the impact he’s had on our family over the last 2.5 years.
It's changed. Not for the better. I went in and for it to be for kids the nurses hardly had a smile towards the children including mines. It was this..your child name was called they opened the door and it was go to door # no smile or emotion my kids said hi and the nurse just looked. Certain nurses who have been there longer was nice. I had a copay taken that should not have been taken and never received it back. I brought up an issue with a Doctor and was told to get a over the counter medication and if it doesn't work to come back. I didn't like my last few visits and i will be looking elsewhere. I usually do not complain but something was just off.
I cannot rave enough about how pleased I am with Del Val. Everyone on staff is awesome from the front desk, to the nurses to the Drs.
I LOVE Debbie she is a nurse who also specializes in lactation support, proper car seat safety, ear piercing and is SUPER responsive when you call, text or email with any questions or concerns. As a first time Mom I leaned on Deebie quite often the first few months and don’t know how I could have done it without her.
To say I am happy with this pediatrician practice is an understatement, they’ve far exceeded any expectations I had. I’ve referred them to everyone I know.
I am over them never answer the phone and I am constantly playing phone tag with them just to make an appointment. It also agitates me that I can’t schedule my next visit for 3 months later because “our calendar is not open for that month yet”. The providers are good but I just cannot take the service of their phone protocols. If you don’t mind leaving voicemails for appointments or especially when you would like to speak with a nurse then this might be the place for you. When you are seeking information you need now you might have to wait over an hour before you get it.
